- Rice, Chicken & Broccoli Teriyaki Bowls - Cook 1 cup rice according to package directions. For teriyaki sauce: whisk together Β½ cup soy sauce, ΒΌ cup water, ΒΌ cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, grated garlic and ginger, and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Cook chicken pieces in a large pan, add broccoli florets, then pour sauce over and simmer until thickened. Serve over rice.
- Garlicky grains with asparagus and sausage - Cook chicken sausage in a large pan, remove and slice. In same pan, sautΓ© minced garlic and trimmed asparagus. Add cooked grains, sliced sausage, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and garlic powder. Top with crumbled cheese and fresh parsley.
