Instructions
Cook Chicken: Toss the chicken thighs with the soy sauce, oil, garlic, and taco seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (or preheat a grill). Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then chop into small pieces. Assemble: Char tortillas over an open flame or in a dry pan. Fill with chopped chicken, top generously with the green sauce, and finish with extra cilantro and onion.
